Global energy giant Total has signed a new agreement with a subsidiary of China's ENN Energy Holdings to supply China with liquefied natural gas for 10 years.

Total says the deliveries would be sourced from its global LNG portfolio and delivery is expected to begin in 2018 upon completion of ENN's Zhoushan LNG receiving terminal.

The energy giant has a 15-year sales and purchase deal for 1 million tons of LNG annually with China National Offshore Oil Corporation.
