[Photo: news.sohu.com] A 17-year-old foreign teenager has been named as the perpetrator of explicit graffiti on the Shanghai subway. Passengers on Line 9 of the Shanghai subway were shocked to see the drawings in a carriage on Saturday. The picture was of a naked man, sitting cross-legged and with arms crossed, with streaks of red paint making it as though he was bleeding. After being reported by some passengers, the Shanghai subway authorities started an investigation and managed to track down the teenager using surveillance camera footage yesterday afternoon. The teenager has been criticized for breaking Shanghai Railway Management Regulations, and has been told to never break the rules again. Meanwhile, his parents have been asked to pay for the scene to be cleaned up.
