Chinese romantic comedy-drama film "Go Lala Go 2"is being released today.

Directed by Andrew Chien and starring Ariel Lin, Vic Zhou and Chen Bolin, the film tells a story about the adventures of a young Chinese career woman.

Directed by and starring Xu Jinglei, the first Go Lala Go film became a surprise hit upon its release in 2010. The movie has been credited with helping kick off the current wave of Chinese romantic dramedies about the country's new generation of upwardly mobile young urbanites.

The series is based on a best-selling novel by Chinese writer Li Ke.

Co-produced by Fox International Channels, "Go Lala Go 2" is being simultaneously released in China, Singapore, North America, Australia and New Zealand today, followed by Hong Kong and Macau on December 10 and Taiwan on December 11.
