An affordable smartphone, a Windows tablet, and an air purifier were introduced by the company's CEO Lei Jun as Xiaomi's final offerings for this year. The new smartphone Redmi Note 3 is featuring with fingerprint scanning capability, as the first of its kind in Xiaomi's smartphone line. The new tablet MiPad2 is equipped with an Intel Core processor and Microsoft Corp's latest Windows 10 operating system. Both devices are priced below 1,000 yuan, or some 150 U.S. dollars.
