On 24th, Harbin and Dunhuang e-business drive to build China-Russia e- business cooperation experimental plot in Harbin collectively. Harbin will give great impetus to build “one belt on road” China-Russia e- business cooperation experimental plot. It carried out point-to-point cooperation with Russian cities. It aimed at clearance, logistics, settlement of exchange and other bottleneck problems to explore bilateral policy break through. It consulted with Russian pilot cities to set up management mechanism, strengthen management cooperativity and improve on efficiency of commodity inspection, customs clearance and logistics.
