China Logistics Center Co., Ltd. (CLC) plans to build a large scale logistics center as the company lately took over Prinovis printing factory in Itzehoe of Schleswig-Holstein state, Germany, according to German media reports.

CLC is reported to press ahead with the over 1-million-euro (about 1.1 million U.S. dollars) project by reforming the 21.5 acres land owned by Prinovis' parent company Bertelsmann Group.

Preparatory work of the project has been carried out smoothly from a couple of weeks ago.

The price for the land acquisition is currently unknown.
