[Photo:goldlamp.com] Dalian Wanda's Cinema division has sealed a deal to purchase Australian cinema chain Hoyts Group. The purchase price has not been revealed. Hoyts operates some 450 cinemas across Australia. This is Dalian Wanda's latest move in the entertainment industry as it seeks to diversify its business operations. In February, Dalian Wanda has agreed to acquire Swiss sports marketing firm Infront Sports & Media for over $1 billion US dollars.
