A prestigious university in Shanghai said on Sunday that it will look into alleged plagiarism in a video made for the university's 110th anniversary. Fudan University issued an apology on Sina microblog about the anniversary video, which many netizens have said closely resembles a promotional video from Japan's University of Tokyo. The video, called "To My Light," was released on Wednesday, the 110th anniversary of the university. The university said it will look into the alleged plagiarism and vowed harsh penalties. |
