Selena Gomez has become the latest star to be cast in Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" music video.

Taylor Swift announced the news on her Instagram account, by posting a photo of Gomze in character as Arsyn.

In the picture, Gomez is armed with a huge gun.

Earlier, Swift also revealed a new Kill Bill-style poster of herself. She will play the character of Catastrophe in the video.

The Joseph Khan-directed clip is now shaping up to be revenge epic.

The project has already seen 13 of Swift's celebrity friends giving their nods to feature, including Lena Dunham, Karlie Kloss, Ellen Pompeo, Ellie Goulding and others.

"Bad Blood" is the fourth single to be featured from Swift's hit album, 1989, following "Shake It Off", "Blank Space" and "Style".

The video is due to premiere at the start of the 2015 Billboard Music Awards today.
