Northeast China regional customs clearance integration reform will officially launch on May 1st. On the occasion, Dalian, Shenyang, Changchun, Harbin, Hohhot and Manzhouli’s six customhouses will break geographic restrictions and administrative boundaries to realize “six customhouses as one”. It greatly simplifies and makes the customs clearance formalities for examination, approval and work much more convenient.

After carrying out the reform, enterprises could independently choose any kind of customs clearance of port customs clearance, transit, territory to declare, port release, territory declare and discharged, integration customs clearance and so on.
