The Spanish news agency EFE could have a chance to ask Premier Li Keqiang a question on Sunday's press conference, but its reporter failed to guard the microphone against an Austrian counterpart, who took it at perfect timing.

It was around 12:20 p.m.(0420 GMT), when the premier's press conference had been going on for nearly two hours, and the host said time was almost up.

"If everyone wants to have a meal, we could end it now," Premier Li said.

Apparently reporters were unwilling to leave the room, with many hands raised.

The host agreed to add two more chances, saying one of them for foreign reporter.

Then the EFE's name was called, but its luck didn't last. As the reporter from EFE prepared to ask a question, an Austrian reporter took the microphone and started speaking already.

    Bad day for EFE's reporter.
