Recently, China’s first aircraft dismantling base settled in the Harbinairport economic zone, with a total investment of two billion dollars. In the next five years it will become the largest aircraft dismantling base in the world. Upon completion, It will undertake dismantling, recycling andutilization of Chinese and Russian airplanes, aircraft and other largeaeronautical facilities. Meanwhile, Chinese aircraft leasing companies have developed long-term plans in relation with the base such as anaviation museum and other projects outside the plant.
