Recently, Harbin International Oil Trading Center opened. The center entered the south campus of Harbin Normal University and Heilongjiang Modern Culture and Art Industrial Park. It combines oil painting teaching training, masters’ creations, exhibitions and selling in one. It brings together Russia, China, Poland, Korea and other countries and regions of the oil paintings. Walking through it is like visiting a ‘’painting park’’.
