Harbin Station launched Chinese-English-Russian three language service manual for the first time. The manual has buying tickets, collect the tickets, endorse and refund four instructions functions. Each item has passenger ticket information needed to know. The manual also has warm prompt that the bus line of Harbin Railway Station to Harbin West Railway Station, Harbin East Railway Station and Binjiang Station with the related maps. 

At present, the manual has just been put into use. The foreign passengers can get the tickets in front of “ice city shopping guide service counter”.
