The three-day, 28th China Harbin International Ice Sculpture competition has come to a close. The competition attracted teams from eleven countries that came from China, Russia, Canada, the Netherlands, Switzerland and so on, a total of twenty-two delegations participated in the competition. Finally Russia Khabarovsk NO.3 team’s “2014 Olympic Winter Games” took the crown.
