On March 27th, Chen Dianyun, director of Administrative Office of The Harbin Trade Fair talked with Olena Tkachenko, director of Russian Ministry of the Regional Development Investment Projects Division on matters relating to participation of The 23rd Harbin Trade Fair in Beijing.

Ministry of Regional Development achieved remarkable results in The 22nd Harbin Trade Fair. Therefore, the Government of the Russian Federation approves the Ministry of Regional Development to continue to organize the states to attend The 23rd Harbin Trade Fair, hold a large-scale national exhibition and promote tourism in the “Sino-Russian Tourism Year”. Now the Regional Development has begun preparations for exhibitions. Moreover, the Russian Government will offer financial support to the participating Russian companies and encourage them to join in the Harbin Trade Fair.
