Temperatures are going up and the sky is clear in most parts of China over the next three days as cold air is leaving the country, the China Meteorological Administration said Saturday.

The sunny weather will be good for the spring sowing in southern regions and for people to go outing, the forecaster said.

Temperatures in many provincial capitals, such as Jinan, Nanjing, Hefei, Guiyang, Xi'an and Lanzhou, will rise to above 15 degrees Celsius, according to the forecast.

Meanwhile, rain will drop in Sichuan and Yunnan provinces, easing drought in these areas. The northeastern Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces will have snow, said the forecaster.
