On Feb.27th, 2012, Chen Dianyun, vice-chairman of CCPIT,HLJ and director of HTF (Harbin Trade Fair) Administrative Office met with Miss Cai Shuhui, director of Alberta, Canada, the provincial government office in China and commercial counselor. He also met with Evan Romano, International and Aboriginal Relations Senior Government Affairs Officer. Chen Dianyun, director, introduced the development and organization of The 23rd Harbin Trade Fair in detail and invited Alberta Provincial Government to promote its province, tourism and humanism. Counselor Cai Shuhui accepted the invitation and expressed to try to invite British Columbia and Saskatchewan to participate in the Harbin Trade Fair. In the conversation, the two sides agreed the Harbin Trade Fair played an active part in economy and trade, science and technology and cultural communications between the two provinces. It promotes friendly cooperation between Heilongjiang Province and Alberta including a possible international exchange program for students.
