On 12th February, the reporter learned from Harbin Industry and Information Committee that, China Mobile Communications Group, North IDC Center, Zhongjin Data Northeast Computation Centre, Wanguo Harbin Data Center, Ecological Industrial Park, Digital China SI-TECH Cloud Computing, Shuguang Harbin Cloud Computing Centre and other large scale computing projects signed a contract at the end of last year to settle in Harbin. The total investment was about 30 billion yuan and it is estimated that it can form scale of the industry over 20 billion yuan by 2015. It can help related industries to increase their income to 30 billion yuan.
