Customs Bureau:

Approved by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, a reasonable quantity of imported exhibits sold at the China International Economic and Trade Fair (Hereinafter referred to Harbin Trade Fair), will be relieved from import duties. This will not apply to imported products banned by the nation, endangered animals and plants and any related products, 20 products due to regulations of the nation and automotive products. VAT and consumption tax are imposed according to regulations. Gross sales of duty-free products of every exhibitor cannot exceed 20 thousand dollars. Duty-free exhibits and the related regulations are listed on the following attachment. The exhibits exceeding the limit of duty free which cannot be transported to exit and the exhibits not on the duty-free list which cannot be transported to exit should levy tax according to regulations of the nation.
