Starting this year, Heilongjiang Province will carry out the 3-year campaign of implementing industrial projects. By 2013, it will complete 104 billion yuan of industrial fixed capital investment and 1880 industrial projects will have over 100 million yuan invested.

During the three year campaign, Heilongjiang Province will take the “Top Ten Industries” as the core and further optimize the distribution of industry and put priority on the development of the new materials industry, biological industry, new energy equipment manufacturing industry, new agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing industry, traffic transportation equipment manufacturing industry, green foods industry, mining and steel industry, the petrochemical industry, forestry products processing industry and the modern service industry.
