Jiang Nan, an American, Hugo, from France and his wife Anna, an American, the volunteers without borders have been involved in voluntary undertakings in Harbin for nearly 5 years. They have regularly participated in public welfare propaganda activities for epilepsy prevention and treatment of children with epilepsy. They have also set up a public agency called the “Healing Young Hearts Volunteers Project”.

Hugo was working in Paris for the French Public Opinion Research Institute studying social psychology. After he got married, he and his wife Anna worked as children’s counselors in Europe, America and Asia. In 2006, Hugo took his wife and 8 children and came to Harbin from Paris, France.
