From January to February, Heilongjiang Province imported 75 thousand tons of coal, valuing 11.172 million dollars. It imported 74 thousand tons from Australia and 662 tons from Russia. According to analysis experts from Harbin Customs, the volume and price of coal imports for Heilongjiang Province from January to February rose and fell. The average price in January was 223.1 dollars per ton while the average price in February was 119.9 dollars per ton. |
