烟花爆竹“禁燃区” no-fly zone

  近日，在元宵节是否支持燃放烟花爆竹的网络调查中，选择“不支持”的网友超过了六成。不少居民把烟花爆竹作为年味儿里的一道“佳肴”。但是，爆竹的炸响，在给一部分居民带来喜悦的同时，却成为另一部分居民的困扰。 请看《中国日报》的报道： Teams of officials from the fire prevention bureau, police, neighborhood committees and property companies will patrol the "no-fly zones" throughout the day to warn offenders, said Liu Haiyan, a press officer for the city fire department. 北京市消防局媒体负责人刘海燕（音）表示，消防局、公安局、居委会和物业公司将组成巡逻队，在“禁燃区”全天巡逻，防止有人违规燃放。 文中的no-fly zone就是指禁止燃放烟花爆竹的“禁燃区”，也称为restricted zone。此外，no-fly zone还一般用来指“禁飞区”。在今年的Lantern Festival（元宵节），banned list（禁燃区的范围）又做了调整，增加了高层建筑等地。 “燃放烟花爆竹”一般称为light/set off fireworks，“烟花爆竹”包括fireworks and firecrackers两种。今年，fireworks explosions（烟花爆炸）又造成了多名人员伤亡。负责人表示，今年元宵节，消防局将进入red alert（红色警戒状态），并提醒市民要安全燃放。
