Born in July, 1958 with the Korean Nationality at Mudanjiang of Heilongjiang Province, he is adept at traditional Chinese painting. After graduating from Luxun Academy of Fine Arts in 1982, he has been a painter in Heilongjiang Academy of Painting and Calligraphy.

Magnum opus:The Intoxicating Autumn, The Third Day of the First Month of the Lunar Year.The Spring Dawn was awarded with the Copper medal at the 6th National Fine Arts Exhibition.
