Wang Pi was born in Harbin, and graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Lu Xun Fine Arts Academy. He is a member of the China Artists Association, director of the Heilongjiang Art Association, professional creative member of the Art workshops of Heilongjiang Art gallery, and also a first-level artist.
His works were selected in the seventh, ninth and tenth China Art Exhibition and China Physical Training Art Exhibition as well as China Oil Painting Exhibition, winning bronze in the China Art Exhibition. His works have also been published in 鈥淎rt鈥? 鈥淎rt Observe鈥?and other newspapers, also publishing 鈥淲ang Pi Oil Painting Selection鈥?
