[Photo: CCTV] A group of 10 suspects involved in the killing of a giant panda and selling its meat have been nabbed by the police in southwest China's Yunnan province. Police also seized a piece of fur, 9.75kg of meat, four bones, and one gallbladder in Yanjin County that is part of Zhaotong City in Yunnan Province. The panda fur was to be sold to a client in southwest China's Chongqing at a price of 550,000 yuan ($88631). The Panda was an adult female and was killed on December 4, 2014. Endangered Pandas are protected animals in China and they are loved around the world for their striking black and white coats. Statistics show that about one out of three wild pandas die due to digestive ailments.
