Recently, a cargo flight loaded with twenty-one tons of Russian E- business packages flew to Russia, Yekaterinburg from Harbin. It was the one hundredth flight since the service began on November the 26th last year. During one year, the total cargo quantity reached 2000 tons and the value broke through the 0.2 billion dollars mark. It means that Harbin has now become the city with the highest number of cross-border electric business platforms with Russia; the city with the highest quantity of electrical business package exports with Russia; and the city with the highest amount of cross border retail exports
