Serious methanol leak was reported on Sunday afternoon on a trunk highway in central China's Hunan Province, but no casualties were reported, local traffic police said. The leak was caused by a rear-end collision between two tank wagons around 3 p.m. near Changsha, the capital of Hunan. Traffic police have sealed the accident site. The highway linking Beijing to Hong Kong and Macao suffered serious gridlock. |
