During China and Russia Expo, Heilongjiang Province had concluded and signed 3.15 billion dollars of import and export contracts. There were 260 economic and technological cooperation projects. The contracts make use of foreign investment and outside the province fund 68.335 billion yuan RMB.

There were more than one hundred thousand foreign guests and businessmen who came from five continents 67 countries and regions of the world on the China and Russia Expo. There were approximately 5000 Russian. During the expo, the total enter headcount was more than 280000 people.
