A blast happened at around 9:00 a.m. Thursday in a building in downtown Kunming City, capital of Yunnan Province. The blast started in a room on the second floor of a seven-storey building, said the police. There were residents inside the building when the blast happened, according to the police. Casualties remain unknown. |
