　　保暖、柔软的雪地靴近几年成了年轻女性冬季的“宠儿”，但英国骨科学院发现英国近年患脚趾畸形、脚痛等病症的女性数量急剧上升，罪魁祸首就是雪地靴。

　　雪地靴会对足部和脚踝造成损伤，引发疼痛并导致无法正常行走，最终疼痛会延伸至膝盖、臀部和背部。

　　大家都觉得雪地靴comfy-cozy(舒适暖和)，但是，由于雪地靴没有arch support(足弓支撑)，并不适宜穿着进行long-distance walking(长距离行走)，否则可能导致posterior tibial tendinitis(后胫肌腱炎)，走路变成pigeon toe(内八字)，还可能引发athlete’s foot(脚气)等skin infection(皮肤感染)症状。

　　医生建议穿雪地靴时可以在足弓处放置custom padding(定制鞋垫)，并定期用anti-fungal spray(防真菌喷雾)对鞋进行杀菌清理。
