After a local official visited Dawangguzhuang County Government, Wuqing District in Tianjin gave the rights to use a piece of land to Baker with a token price, one yuan per mu in 2002. When referring to this, ten years later, 55-year-old Baker was still full of surprise. Mu Yang Di (place for grazing sheep) Children Village covering an area of 33 mus was finally completed in 2006.
