A citizen takes balloons as taking part in an activity to raise public awareness
of HIV/AIDS prevention in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality, Dec. 1, 2011.
A red ribbon, the HIV/AIDS awareness symbol, and a slogan of "Have love, but no
HIV/AIDS" are seen on the balloons, aiming at encourage people to fight against
HIV/AIDS and eliminate related discrimination. The HIV/AIDS awareness campaign is
held across the country on Thursday, marking the World AIDS Day with theme of
