The reporter learned from Heilongjiang Commerce Department that the foreign trade total export-import volume of Heilongjiang Province realized 21.1 billion dollars in the first seven months of this year; with a year-on-year increased 60%. It is above the national average of 34.9% with growth ranked third in China. Among them exports were 11.29 billion dollars, increasing 41%; imports were 9.79 billion dollars, increasing 89.4%. Imports and exports realized 3.62 billion dollars in the month of July; with a year-on-year increase of 50.3%. It hit another record high in that month.

From January to July, the total export-import of Russian trade realized 9.27 billion dollars. It increased 1.4 times than the same period as last year. It occupied 44% than the total export-import of Heilongjiang Province. Among them, export was 2.45 billion dollars; increasing 9.6%；while imports were 6.82 billion dollars, increasing 3.1 times. The export-import of American trade realized 2.39 billion dollars, increasing 1.2 times. The export-import of EU trade realized 2.22 billion dollars, increasing 99.2%. The export-import of German trade realized 0.6 billion dollars, increasing 102%.The export-import of Korean trade realized 0.54 billion dollars, increased 50.3%. The export-import of Middle Eastern trade realized 1.24 billion dollars, increasing 74.4%. The export-import of Latin America trade realized 0.77 billion dollars, increasing 21.4%.

From January to July, Heilongjiang Province export of mechanical and electrical products was 3.44 billion dollars, increasing 46.2% than the same period as last year. Export of agricultural products was 1.45 billion dollars, increasing 50.1%. Export of furniture is 0.5 billion dollars, increasing 43.6%. Export of clothing and clothes accessories was 1.74 billion dollars, increasing 21.7%. Export of bags and suitcases was 0.92 billion dollars, increasing 71.5%.

From January to July, Heilongjiang province crude oil import was 7.561 million tons with a total import value of 6.71 billion dollars and a year-on-year increase of 4 times. Iron ore import was 3.093 million tons and total imports were 0.51 billion dollars, increasing 1.7 times. Log import was 3.39 million seres and the total import was 0.54 billion dollars, increasing 25.8%. Converted timber import was 0.892 seres and the total value import was 0.21 billion dollars, increasing 67.6%.
