Heilongjiang (Hong Kong) Activity Week was held in the Hong Kong Conference and Exhibition Center. Wang Xiankui, provincial governor of Heilongjiang made a speech at the opening ceremony. He expressed during “the twelfth five years”, Heilongjiang Province will accelerate to develop new materials, biology, new energy equipment manufacturing, communications and transportation traffic manufacturing, new-scale agricultural machinery manufacturing, green food, minerals, coalification, forestry products processing and modern services.

In the opening ceremony, it also held Heilongjiang---Hong Kong Industry Projects Co-operation Signing Ceremony. The cities of Heilongjiang Province signed investment agreements with 51 enterprises in Hong Kong, involving an amount of 15.8 billion U.S. dollars.
