Tengchong volcanoes, Yunnan Province

Tucked in Tengchong county in the southern section of Hengduan Mountain in Yunnan Province, Tengchong volcano enjoys the fame of "natural museum of geology". It is the No.1 volcano in China by size, variety, fine preservation and compact distribution.

Admission fee: 30 yuan

Transportation: take the minibus from Tengchong Passenger Station to Mazhan, and walk about 300 m to the volcano park.
