The first Heilongjiang Nuclear Power Plant has entered the location selection phase. As of now, 11 locations have been selected. The final location and prepared selection will be confirmed by experts. The nuclear power plant primarily sets two million kilowatts of generating units while every unit may be generating 7 billion kwh which equals the total electric consumption of Harbin city area.
