On April 16th, the chief executives of Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, and Inner Mongolia subscribed to the 鈥淣ortheast Four Provinces Cooperation Framework Agreement鈥?and a series of major cooperation projects in Shenyang. They officially set up the executive heads of regional cooperation consultation mechanism. It focuses on large-scale conservation, traffic, power, and opening up in four major areas of cooperation. It drives the Northeast regional economic zone and forms a new pattern of integration.
