Multilateral cooperation in international affairs. Now some bilateral cooperation in cartoon.

The cartoon series "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" has been officially released in Japan. The production is a collaboration between China and Japan.

The series is scheduled to be aired on Japan's Tokyo TV Station on the fourth of April. The Chinese edition received popular acclaim when it was released on China Central Television's drama channel in January.

The long-running production's story follows well-known events from the chaotic Three Kingdoms period in the early third century.

It is an adaptation of the classic novel of the same title, which has been widely read across Asia over the centuries.
