The photoshopping is pretty impressive and the biggest stars look battered and bruised. Most pupular vampire Robert Pattinson has scratches all over his face, he is still perfectly hot.

However, American actress Natalie Portman isn't so lucky, she looks badly battered, like a psycho coming out from a hospital.
