Report from Harbin News Agency. An enterprise in Harbin studied and developed a new kind of high-alcohol fuel. This fuel is a mixture of 12% gasoline and a high-level alcohol with a few additives which have the same function as unleaded gasoline of 93#銆?8# and 105#. Existing autos can use this without changing their fuel system. This kind of fuel replaces a large amount of gasoline while the environmental protection standard has reached the Euro III Emission Standard.
