In early September, a local family had a cell phone stolen. The policemen monitored the cell phone and found that the theft suspects would run away.
When the policemen chased them at the railway station, they found too many people were there. So they used a plan of sending an SMS joke to the cell phone. The two theft suspects laughed wildly after seeing the message and they were recognized by the policemen immediately, holding their hands in the air for capture.
