On the 16^th, the second Harbin International Children’s Choir Festival was successfully held. Twenty-one children choirs which came from Russia, Korea, the Philippines and other countries and regions participated in competition and performances.

The theme of the festival is "the world’s children's voice, singing in the ice city". It will promote friendship of domestic and overseas children through holding children's chorus art exhibition, special concert, music master lecture, century-old street performance art "flash" performance and other colorful art exchange activities.

Harbin International Children’s Choir Festival as one of the series of “Charming Harbin summer ” activities, hosted by Harbin Municipal People's Government.
