The 2^nd Northeast Asian Culture and Art Expo will be held at Harbin International Convention and Exhibition Center from July 17^th to 21^st. As of the current statistics, there are 311 exhibitors participating in the exhibition, from nationwide 28 provinces, cities and municipalities. The exhibition attracted 35 overseas organizations from 9 countries and regions including which come from South Korea, Japan, Russia, north Korea, Mongolia, France, Bulgaria, Pakistan and Indonesia.

According to reports, the theme of this exhibition is "openness, mutual learning, cooperation and win-win". The main venue is located in Harbin international convention and exhibition center, with a total area of 30,000 square meters and eight exhibition areas Among them, the Cultural Industry Complex of Hall A has set up domestic exhibition areas and international exhibition areas; the Digital Media Ecological Pavilion of Hall B has set up digital cultural exhibition areas, animation and game exhibition areas, multimedia e-sports exhibition areas, and art exhibition areas.
