Hong Kong stocks closed down 370 points, or 1.39 percent, to 26,202.57 points on Monday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 26,187.83 and 26,717.6. Turnover totaled 96.59 billion Hong Kong dollars (about 12.34 billion U.S. dollars).
