Police in east China's Zhejiang Province have arrested 21 suspects for selling drugs, seizing 5.7 kilograms of methamphetamine, local police said Wednesday.

The gang is suspected of selling drugs in three Chinese provinces. A suspect surnamed Sun allegedly bought drugs from a suspect surnamed Tian in Sichuan Province and sold it through a messaging app in Zhejiang, said police in Zhejiang's Huzhou City.

Sun is estimated to have made more than 3 million yuan (468,852 U.S. dollars) from the illegal transactions since August 2017, police said.

More than 200 police participated in joint raids in Sichuan, Guangdong and Zhejiang at the end of March to bust the gang. Another 60 suspected drug users were detained.
