"Every left behind child is a small bean, who can germinate happily, we have to show love, and do not let a small bean fell behind." Recently, the Heilongjiang bean sprouts volunteer service (August 21) Team sponsor Shan Xizheng, who studies in the United States Wisconsin Lakes Lutheran secondary school, came to Harbin Pingfang district Boneng Chinese medicine outpatient department, and to be a volunteer for left behind children and cerebral palsy children. This is also the second charity activity after helping left behind children in Hegang last month.

Harbin Bo Neng Chinese medicine outpatient clinics is an institution for cerebral palsy children, where has many left behind children, and some are prisoners’children. In this day, Shan Xizheng communicated with more than 80 cerebral palsy children, and knew more about their thinking, their need, their life and the psychological difficulties encountered. Shan Xizheng interacted with them, to do rehabilitation training, to eat together, to lead them to play games, to tell stories for them, and mobilized their interest and enthusiasm for participating in the event. Shan Xizheng was always busy, his shirt was sweat, but his eyes are always full of warmth. When the children laughed and participated in the game, Shan Xizheng and the children showed brilliant smile.

Shuang Xi Zheng told reporters that the bean sprouts volunteer service team has always been concerned about the left-behind children, with particular pay attention to the disadvantaged children and prisoners’children, they are lonely and need society care. Today’s event is also a survey of these left-behind children, he found that these children not only need rehabilitation help, how to make them move, laugh, keep the mental health and positive attitude to life is more important.

Shan Xizheng said that the social survey made him focus on charity service, and it led him to think about the data management. How to establish a database, to track their living conditions and psychological needs, to communicate with other volunteers better, to find the appropriate solution, to let government and social organizations pay more attention. It will be his long-term study of public service issues.

A left-behind child’s parent said that the service for cerebral palsy children make them feel the enthusiasm, love and energy, and let them realize the warmth and care from society. Hope there are more people to help these left-behind children, in order that these cerebral palsy children can have a happy life like normal children.
