The fifth session of the 12th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee, China's top political advisory body, began the closing meeting Monday morning.

Yu Zhengsheng, chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, presided over the closing meeting held at the Great Hall of the People.
