Six workers along a railway in Anyang of central China's Henan province were killed by an express freight train on Saturday morning, Xinhua news agency reports.

The accident happened at 9:42 am on Saturday, the six workers include two railroad employees and four migrant workers. Cause of the accident is under investigation.

According to Xinhua news agency, trains should not run while the railroad is under construction. In China, it's rare for more than three people to die in a rail accident.
